After searching a while for a 10×30 unit in the Lake County IL area, I was lucky to find one available a short distance away in Union Grove, WI. The rates at Storage Authority were quite reasonable, and Andy was top-notch at communicating and explaining the move-in process to me. Everything went smoothly, and the free use of their 14' box truck (just pay for gas) was of great help in bringing all my things over. Highly recommended.

The manager contacted me ahead and helped me change my reservation to make it easier to get our moving truck in & out. Once there we realized our space was slightly too small and he was quickly able to add another smaller space to our contract and have it open and ready before we even finished loading the first space. Great service, I would certainly recommend to my friends.

I received a prompt response to my initial inquiry. There is no fence or gate. If you are looking for that, this is not the place for you. It is in a state of some construction, and a bit torn up at this writing, but ok. My space had fluid from a car that was not cleaned up. Should have been. Instead I was told how to clean it.Much better price than anywhere else. But, you get what you pay for. It works for me.

It appears that Sparefoot did not have accurate info regarding the facility. It worked out though because the local Storage Authority people compensated. I am satisfied with the result and the arrangement.
