There was a slight mix up between the time online and actual office hours (they promptly fixed it). I left a message and they returned the call the same day, even after their posted office hours. The guy was friendly and polite. He answered all my questions.

It's not fancy but it's a great price and a very fair deal! The owner is very easy to work with and we are told things are being upgraded ASAP but it is fine now. It's not a high crime area. Worth the $ for sure.

Reserved unit, no one available at facility,had to wait 30 min. for someone to arrive, after it took 30 min to get a hold of someone to help us. The office was being remodeled. Need to improve communication with staff and customers.

Easy, friendly, cost effective

The lot was covered with 6 inches of snow when I first went there on a Friday. They had the entire lot plowed for me by Saturday morning so that I could move in. They worked with me and were friendly and respectful throughout the process.

Called to reserve a unit. They returned the call in less than an hour. We confirmed a time, the paperwork was ready. Done in 5 minutes.

I'm not on spring street. went to hwy 11 it was closer for me and had no problem with the last minute switch. He's a great guy
