I unfortunately donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t remember who got us all checked in, but I was having a really off day, and she was patient and understanding. Spoke very kindly and clearly. She made the whole process much easier, and the pricing seems fair compared to most other places.

Price is a little high but I feel like my boat will be safe where it is stored

It holds my stuff well. The lock is nice and the phone app works well. Its nice to not have to punch a code every time I visit

The manager is very nice and polite. She explained everything well. The only thing that was a little negative is how flimsy the door of the locker seems to be. It is not easy to roll up or down and seems to catch forcing us to yank on it. Otherwise, we are pleased with the service.

I have not put anything in the storage locker yet, but the process of signing up for it was easy and actually pleasant. The lady who helped me, Donna, was wonderful talking me through the process, showing me the unit to be sure it was a good fit for me, and setting up the payment system.

Sanda was a great manager and she showed me everything I needed to know.

Came to look at a storage unit even though I wasn't renting on that particular day. The employee "Tasgare" (Hope I spelled it right) Was very helpful, had great customer skills, and answer all of my questions in respectful calm manner.

Lamar and the young lady on staff were extremely professional and friendly. They gave me a courtesy call preventing me from accidentally making a late payment (and incurring an extra charge). The property was clean and well maintained. Pleasure doing business with them!

Donna is absolutely wonderful. She helped us when we were checking into the unit, she was very nice. Thank you Donna for having great customer service and being friendly always in general!

Trust me...you will not regret it

I liked my unit. The grounds around the unit need to swept out and tracks on doors need to be oiled. It also smells by the back door like people are urinating there. I didn't like that I had to buy insurance for my stuff.

The manger was very helpful and knowledgeable of his job.

The guy working was filling in but he was so personable and helpful. Really took time to explain and be helpful.

Very pleased with inside walls. Not bare bricks or steel, actual drywall. Pleased to be able to reserve online and receive discount for paying online. Office lady was very pleasant when I went in to complete the rental process & find out which unit was mine. Yes I would recommend them and I will use in the future if needed.

Staff was excellent and informative. They were able to answer all my questions and help me find the unit I needed. As a first time unit renter I didn't feel nervous.

I made a reservation online to rent a storage area and the same day I was able to move my things in. It has a security gate so I feel safe leaving my things there.
