The unit was very clean and move in ready! There is damage on the right side of the unit - looks like something pushed in the wall and created a hole. Otherwise, this is exactly what I was looking for in storage and also to go thru all the boxes inside while I move into my apartment. I was trying to enter the yard and had to call to confirm the code to unlock and I made the error of not writing it down correctly. Once I confirmed the code, my friends and I took 2 large loads to the unit. Very happy with my choice!!

Move in was very easy and fast. The unit I originally selected online was going to be a little too small once I saw it but Sondra was able to help us switch to a larger one without any difficulty and still let us use the $1 first month. Very satisfied!

From my first moment i called i i have had incredible service from the 800 number to our new friend Sondra, she is very knowledgeable, she showed us the different units, and helpped us choose the correct size. Well when I needed a place rigth away to store things when I was getting kick out of my house they had a storged place for me rigth away which was good for me n my family

The movein was fine. The only thing that I didn't like was the advertising for $1 for the first month. Need to be upfront about which units it covers. Also, The rate listed online is different than if you call. If you see a cheaper rate for your unit online than you are billed for monthly, no one will give you the cheaper rate. The only way to get a cheaper rate is to get a new unit and move all your things into it.
