Local staff very helpful. Lighting in/near the rented unit needs to be fixed. Suggest a hand rail to aid in entry/exit be put up between the building and steps (back part of building). Grass & weed cutting currently needed (have asked local person to see about this).

I am so impressed w the whole immediate process! We had to be outta the place we were renting in 24 hours. I was able to get a unit that same day & by nightfall was loading it down! The girls in the customer service where I done my paperwork & got my keys, were PERFECT! I am totally satisfied! Esp w the sale they had going on at my time of coming on board. 1st 2 months free!

There is zero communication between what is happening on the premises and customer service. You can only get into your unit during open hours not when you need to. First they told us that we needed to pick up a key, then told that it had a code to a keypad, there are neither and you can only gain access to your unit during there hours. Count all day Sunday and Wednesday out too because their not even open on those days. Not just that, but if I paid for three months now, I got it at a lower price, ok. They charged me for three months but just the other day, mind you I've only had this unit a WK and a half and their calling about payment due. So this problem leaks over into their financial department too. This business is a mess.
