Love rhenunits they are nice and clean

Easy process to reserve and pay online. Unit in decent shape, slight odor. However, no way to reach a person with problems or questions. They mistakingly moved me out a few days after I moved in, and I lost access to my unit that I paid for upfront. Multiple phone calls with no answer and ability to talk to a person. No response to email sent either, and no one on site to talk to. Now I lost money and have no needed storage unit. Very unhappy.

The convenience of renting these storage units is so easy! Everything can be done online. They are very informative on the information that you need to access the unit. The unit site is very convenient and very safe. The units are not climate controlled, but not everything needs to be under climate controlled environment. The property surrounding the property is gated/fenced. I cannot say enough good things about this facility. The cost is pro-rated so if you rent it at the end of the month, you don't pay a full months rent for 7 days left in the month. Highly recommended. We are very VERY happy with our experience with them!

Very nice and clean unit. Entrance to the facility is a bit steep because of the hillside but Very easy access to the entrance of the actual unit.

These units are very nice. The entire place is fenced in with a keypad access gate and it is very well lit. I absolutely loved the convenience of being able to rent the unit and “move in” online. Whenever they’ve messaged me I’ve answered back in a timely manner but I can’t say that they give you the same courtesy and that is my only complaint.

I feel the storage units are in a very safe location. Very well lit and organized. They are very clean as well.
