Leatherman's Self Storage- Broad Lane

I was putting in some stuff last night for the first time and there was like 3 broke totes with oil or something in it and a broken mirror still in the unit I purchased. Was not thrilled about having to move that stuff. Other than that, the place was clean.

Been renting a unit there for 15 months. Absolutely great. Never a problem.

It's a good place.. and just what I need

The timer on the lighting is way too short. We kept having to stop what we were doing, and walk over to the sensor and wave our arms. If the period can be increased, it would be perfect.

Leatherman's Self Storage was very pleasant to work with. I was a little nervous to rent a storage unit without ever having seen the facility or the town, but Chip was wonderful at answering all of my questions. When I arrived, I was very pleased with the facility and the overall process of renting, obtaining the keys to my unit, and accessing the unit was very smooth. I am confident my belongings are going to be safe and am glad I rented with Leatherman's Self Storage. You can rent with confidence!

nice clean unit good value if you need extra storage

This is a nice clean facility. The only improvement would be to include instructions for accessing the climate controlled units in the initial paperwork.

The person who rented me the units was completely accomodating and pleasant.

I found the 5 x 10 to be roomier than expected. I still have a few things to add, but it was easy to get into, load up and walk away feeling satisfied. Cameras everywhere give you the feeling that it is secure. the doors donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t latch every time, so it is up to you to secure the doors as you leave, just like it is up to you to lock your unit. But that's common-sense. 24 hour access, well I doubt I need it- but it is nice to know I can go there on a whim any time to retrieve something.

the door from the outside to gain access to my unit does not open. there is a knob but won't open.
