Very great customer service humble environment

When I called to inquire about a space I was greeted by a friendly associate. Everyone I came into contact with at the facility was professional and friendly. The storage space I rented was clean. The grounds are well maintained.

I just rented a 10x15 unit. I have not measured it, but I think the dimensions are nominal (i.e., less than the specified size). Regardless, it was able to handle what I needed to put in it. The unit was brand new and the price was definitely right (40% of what I was going to be paying at my old unit of the same size).

There is a gate securing the entire area and padlocks on every unit. I felt that this area is very secure and best in the area for the prices they are asking.

Self storage is the best way to go, price, clean, security and hour

I was able to reserve my storage unit a week in advance with no money down through Self Storage which was great because it eliminated that rushing around at the last moment worrying about what I would do if I could not find a unit feeling. The company doesnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t charge a deposit which is also a perk. I was able to complete my contract over the phone as well as make my initial first payment in 10 minutes or less. Lastly when I arrived at my unit on move in day I felt safe within the premises and they provided me with a lock and 3 keys. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve been very satisfied with my experience here, the one thing that may bother some people is remembering to pay your bill each month due to the fact they donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t send out monthly reminders. Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s not an issue with me because I write my monthly expenses down so I have the satisfaction of crossing things off as they are paid but to some it may be bothersome.

I was a little bit displeased they didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have a 5x5 but their price on a 5x10 was less than most peoples 5x5 price anyway.

I brought my RV to store here on July 11th. The customer service was excellent! They were friendly, attentive, explained everything thoroughly, and were extremely fast. It has a convenient location just off 81, and you can't beat the price. I would recommend this storage place to anyone looking for storage.

The storage unit was very clean, and the area is very clean as well. Feel very secure that are items in the unit will be safe. Feel very comfortable going to the unit. I needed a unit I could move into quickly at last minute. They made it really simple.

The employee who checked us in was very helpful and through.She walked us to the door of the unit and made sure the lock worked. Unit was dry and clean. Very satisfied.
