Easy in and out pulling a trailer

Clean facility,Friendly Staff,Easy to get to, Would DEFINITELY recommend to friends and family.

The inside of the unit itself was very clean and well insulated. The facility is not easily seen from the road which I appreciate.

Security is great at site.... of of the way. Clean, good space.

Stuff happens. I like the way Shannon handled it on Guard Dog's end.

Upfront directions on site could be improved. Worked out... staff was friendly.

Reservation by phone handled by selfstorage company - representative was extremely polite and helpful. Guard Dog owner was responsive and unit is easy to access and was clean upon arrival. Online unit paperwork was fast and convenient other than not wanting to accept the first credit card I tried to use.

Pleased upon seeing the units. I rented a unit same day, people who work there were great.

My Mother in Law and I are sharing a unit, and the entire transaction was smooth and quick. I immediately was told how many units of the type I wanted were available, how soon I could move in, and was led to an easy website to register for approval. The customer service representative made sure we knew where the location was, and gave us directions on the quickest way to reach our unit. Within an hour I had the code and unit number to move in.

All the people that I talked to really didn't try to help or try to see if they got any openings.they just said no.but guared dog storage took ther time to try to get me the right size to fit my needs.called me back just like she promised.very nice lady ands good protected facility.im glad I took this storage unit.will come back when i need it.ty for all that you did to help me.
