Good after checking in and getting the computer rebooted and checking with Hazel about location and finally getting a hold of advocate from Montana who was a big help-none of this hassle bothered me and am glad I finally got moved in

We started out impressed but then we got locked out of our storage for no reason after only two weeks and were not given any notice or reason stating why. Could not get ahold of anyone to figure out why. Someone finally texted me back (they blatantly refused to talk to me on the phone. She was NOT helpful, avoided my questions, and did not give me a clear answer. Moving out as soon as possible. Do not recommend.

Very good experience. I'm 70 and a technophobe and that fancy kiosk was a pretty good challenge for me. But I made it. Customer service rep, and the property manager were very helpful. My space was clean and I got my lock. This facility is 10 miles North of Casper. The same space in Casper was $55 to $60/month. We saved a lot and had a great experience at this Bar Nun facility for only $35/month.

When we moved into our unit, it was spotless! But we noticed there were gaps at the back of the unit where critters could get in. We called Sparefoot and they immediately referred us to the site manager for correction. When we met Josh, he was amazing and extremely helpful and friendly!! He needed to get supplies to correct the problem, and met us at 8 am the next morning, even though he had another committment that kept him out until the early morning hours. Not only did he fix our unit, but he also made sure another unit we referenced was also fixed right away.

The process was super easy to complete! After I called the facility the lady gave me very clear instructions on how to complete the reservation and get moved in to my storage unit! The place is very clean and well kept! I will be recommending this place in the future! And pricing is great which is a huge bonus!

I made my reservations on line and booked a unit, someone called to verify all my info was correct, no deposit no money up front. I made my way to the units where there was a kiosk I used to finish my reservation out for the unit and sign the monthly lease. I paid my fees right there and got 2 locks added on to it as well for $5 a piece. I waited a little for the email with the confirmation that the unit was mine and I can start moving my stuff. There open from 6am to 10pm who’s great if you have a lot to move and your by yourself.. definitely recommend them for the price and convenience of renting one

I went through Sparefoot & the best customer service rep helped me by the name of " Rey" , Unfortunately his info was given to him wrong and these are Not climate controlled or enclosed inside a building. They are all outside units & my unit was already rented when I got there. So I had to call and get into a different one. My units slider was falling off & bolt was missing. All the nuts on back of slider latch were put on backwards and only halfway. I had no tools so had to leave my storage basically unsecured til I could get back out there w my tools and fix the slider lock myself. Other than all that , I'm happy w the price.
