When you rent a unit u expect it to be clean and ready. Well lets just say there is a box outside my unit that needs picked up.

So easy to reserve a unit online and lock in the price. Received a call from the manager to confirm within 10 minutes. Once I arrived to sign the paperwork everything went super fast and smooth. The manager was easy to talk to, explained everything very well, and overall made the experience stress free.

I just moved in so I can't say much about the property yet. I do see water is coming in under the door from snow melt I'm guessing, about 8" of dirt inside along the whole door. People need to know it's not water proof. My suggestion is to put a threshold down to keep it out. The Ward's are extremely nice and helpful. I hope the hours change soon, not having 24hour access is not acceptable.
