Prime Storage - Midland

The inside climate controlled units are very clean and reasonably priced compared to other facilities. It was a little confusing figuring out how to exit the facility as there is a sign that reads, "enter code to open door", which is near the door of the climate controlled building. If it would read, "to exit, enter code to open gate", or something to that effect, that would have been more helpful. And personally, I would have liked it to be a little cooler in the climate controlled units. There was a large flatbed cart available for moving multiple boxes, which was convenient. All in all, seems like a great facility....but we just moved in so we hope there are no issues during our rental duration.

Absolutely do not recommend this storage place, the staff is rude and will charge you for 24/7 access and then not grant you 24/7 access. They will claim to call you back and then not call you. Their customer service is extremely lacking. The units were gross when we moved in. The “climate controlled” unit feels no different than our normal outdoor unit. They are not military friendly. Stay far, far away.

Good service I will recamend just for that alone the rest was ok .

The only issue that I have is that there are some trailers that stick out into the driveway and are not off the pavement. When pulling another trailer in your facility it makes it difficult. One is at a corner where you have to make a turn. This trailer should be in another spot where there is more space. This trailer is too big for that space.

Pricing for boats parking seem to be price high. Same lot, same space, but three time price increase within two years. Great customer service, A

I never have any trouble getting into contact with anyone there. they are always courteous.

My storage unit rent is $130 more per month than the same size unit elsewhere.

I donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have a problem with the storage unit itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s the prices that keep going up I feel is ridiculous especially when the space I rent is small.

Prior owners did not gouge the tenants.

Two prices increases in less than a year. Rent has gone up 49.5% in less than a year during a pandemic. I will be looking to get out as soon as possible. I am a long time tenant with two units. .

An overall excellent storage facility.

Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s getting too expensive, With the storage costs increasing every year. Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s gone from about $110 a month to $154 per month.

My overall experience is the customer service is good. I feel there is no loyalty for current longtime customers

Too expensive and rates go up too often. No matter how many units you have, you're not offered any incentives or discounts.
