It's most certainly not anything special, and it's impossible to reach someone on a Sunday. Hard to read the map to understand where the spot was but eventually figured it out.

In process of trying to sell condo and needed a place for storage and realize needed more room than relatives had. I looked on line Firday night and was able to book on line right away and move my stuff in by 9:00 am Saturday. I did call the office on Friday and talked to Paul who was very helpful. He assigned me a locker real close to the door and explained the process. As I was unpacking Saturday Paul came over and intorduce himself and asked if I was all set as he was sweeping out the leaves. Very helpful and professional

Everything about this facility was lovely. It was clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. We were surprised when we arrived with a 10$ per month insurance fee that was nowhere on the Sparefoot website or the Extra Space website. It may be common practice to add insurance but I'd have preferred if that was a transparent cost, rather than tacked on at the end of signing the contract, when very few people would back out.
