We were blindsided by the need to purchase a lock - we brought our own. That should have been stated in the online reservation information. Also - we had reserved a unit online, and been assigned a confirmation number. The check-in process made us start all over. It would have been much easier (and saved us 15 minutes) if we had just been able to plug in that confirmation number which had all our information already associated.

System to access and get lock not user friendly. Fencing not adequate to stop climbing over. Units can be dlimbed into from adjoining unit. Clean and easy to get in and out of.

New facilty, still under construction, has a ground water control issue and is quite wet where you drive and then have to walk through standing water to unload.

My only issue is when it has snowed and it is melting, the water drips straight down on your head when removing the lock and lifting the door. The unit appears to be dry which is important. Kind of muddy when snowing and melting. Overall, I am satisfied with my decision.

I reviewed several different places looking for something close to my home as well as within our budget. I was impressed with the amount of space we got at Elysian for such a great price. I was REALLY impressed with the communication and the willingness to make sure we had everything we needed and that everything we needed was accommodated. I’m not sure how to spell her name, but Comique is AWESOME! I will definitely recommend this place!

This place was a little hard to find. First time I Just typed in its name on the GPS and it took me to Duck Creek Road about 5 miles away. There are a few storage facilities out that way but they aren't the right ones. When you type in the actual address 6433 it gets you in the neighborhood but says "you've arrived" after you've already blown past it. If you are paying close attention you can spot it, but if you blink or are focusing too much on the road or your passengers, the trees might keep you from seeing the entrance. You might have trouble getting your gate code to work the first day or so but calling the number on the sign can get you around that until your code registers in their system. I really like the location, and the facility definitely seems secure. And couldn't beat the pricing.

24hr accessible units, electronic coded gate entry, well lit. Automated kiosk for payments. Awesome costumer service, the last I spoke to when initially renting my unit, really saved me from a lot of hassle and stress and went above and beyond to be accommodating.

My wife and I had a plan to put our belonging in another storage unit we went and saw the unit and it was not nearly as big as we were told, also it was infested with mouse droppings n mice. We started searching for another unit n Elysian caught our attention their prices r very reasonable n their units are very clean. We called the office n spoke to Comeek. She was very helpful n even after we moved in she called to c if we needed anything else she was polite and very helpful, in ever way. I recommend this storage to anybody in need.
