Though I was assured that the unit was "move in ready" it wasn't....half inch thick with dirt and dust. Two falling apart pallets left behind for me to remove. Customer service/ maintenance NEEDS to step up their game!!

Very helpful, friendly and efficient staff. After I signed up for the unit at their office they met me at the unit and asked if they could help me in any way or just call if I had any questions. Good to see nice smiley faces.
