CubeSmart Self Storage - Egg Harbor Twp - 2623 Fire Rd

Now why would I think that I would be paying the listed price I selected? The $31/per month unit was a far cry from what it really costs. It cost just over $100 to move in after there bs $35 administration fee, the $20 for their lock that you have to buy, theres no option to bring or use your own, $16 per month for insurance which you have to get as well. So my monthly price is $50, not the $31 as advertised. Now Im just waiting for the price increase after a month or two thats coming, bc they now once all your crap is in the unit, they got you. Also as I was dropping some things off initially, I was greeted my a mouse scurrying by me just inches from my feet, across the hall and into the unit across from mine. So its probably safe to say they are living with all our belongings in these units.

Three years ago, we started with one unit, went to two, back to one unit, and today, we are out of this facility for good. We used the climate controlled units each time. Good experience with Stephen, the manager of the facility on Fire Road in Egg Harbor Township. Stephen was always informative, competent, and responded to us if we asked for him specifically. The facilty is clean and well maintained. Very convenint to the Atlantic CIty Expressway. ALl movers that we used appreciated the easy access from the Garden State Expressway too. Recommend this Cubesmart because of Stephen's management of the facility.

Good inexpensive clean unit however I was double charged for my initial payment

Although it was 25 minutes to closing time, the manager was very patient with me and informative of the processes and policies. I called the following day with a concern outside of normal business hours and the manager promptly returned my call soon after opening for business. Very professional

everything is great except my inside storage building has a bad motion detector to turn on inside lights at my closest enterance to my unit,i brought this to the employees attention in the office,,due to health reasons i cant walk and carry things to far,,,

So HAPPY I found this storage facility. It was easy to find. Its location is very convenient. Its not a 24hr access facility but its hours of operation worked for me. VERY FRIENDLY/HELPFUL STAFF!!. Safe/ secure location. Id definitely recommend to anyone in the area looking for storage.

the online person was very helpful,everything was ready when we got there.it ,was raining and the sales person walked to show us were the unit was located. they explained everything in detail.

The customer service was outstanding. The place we reserved out reservation was closed for lunch. We went around the corner and found another storage facility by the same company. The young guy started the paper work and explained rules/regulations etc. this knocked out most of the work until the associate came back from lunch at the other storage property. He did a wonderful job!
