Online check in was easy. Corner unit with a post in front of door made maneuvering certain things difficult but overall for price and location of facility it works.

Charlene was very professional and helpful. I have had other storage units in the past but I was usually on my own to figure things out. She explained everything and even advised I have 2 weeks to use their truck for transport if needed. Kudos!!!!!

There was trouble getting into the storage unit. First, it took several tries to get the gate code to open the gate, though the correct number was punched in. Then, when we got back to the unit, there was a lock on it, that had to be removed. Though I did find Joe to be a very pleasant guy.
