I was unable to enter my code upon move in date Jan 2, as office was closed. turns out my code didnt work at all and had to be given a temporary code the day after my move in date on Jan 3. They fixed my code the following week.

I had done everything possible on line. Drove to storage facility. Needed to calll for passscode. Etc. very helpful on phone . Saw the unit and was trying to leave but the gate wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t opening as close as I was touching the gate. Locked in. Had to call office again to figure out how to leave. Same passcode etc

After driving two hours to move into our storage facility, we found it very dirty. We had to borrow a broom and clean it out ourselves and order to put our things in it. In addition, there was a landscaping trailer parked in front of our unit, making it difficult for us to get in. Very disappointed.
