I like the storage place I've been there forever. I'm just sad the price keep going up. Soon I will no longer afford it and will have to find alternatives.

We have rented a unit at this facility for over a year now. The price was less expensive than other storage facilities. The customer service we have received since we started renting has been great. There was a box truck available free of charge for us to use to help move our items into the storage unit. There were a few days where we had unusually heavy rain, and we were concerned water may leak under the roll up door of our unit because it was a larger unit accessed directly from outside. I was unable to get to the facility, but the office staff was nice enough to go check on our unit for us and place sandbags in front of our door just as a precaution.

We've been in this facility for quite some time. We've had to move into smaller space, and we had personal belongs that filled a 4 bedroom house. We've been very blessed to have this storage place accommodate our needs. While we had hoped we wouldn't be in the storage place long, we've had to extend our stay. They have been very accommodating to our needs, especially allowing us to use their truck to move our things into our storage unit. I just wish the prices didn't have to go up. And I have recommended this facility to family and friends. Many say it's to far from them, which I understand. But definitely worth it to have a storage place if you need it.
