Public Storage - St Petersburg - 4500 34th Street North

Love the space but wasn't able to ask any questions to office staff as all three times I stopped by this weekend, no one was on site and the front office was locked.

Excellent in all ways , the office staff explain every detail, the best!

The unit was clean, the lock was there and it was bigger than I expected

I was able to do everything online and moved in with ease.

The woman at the counter was lovely and answered all my questions but the unit did have a dead cockroach and a fake nail in the hallway so that was a bit off putting but itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s a storage unit so no biggie.

Not much experience overall to write about other than I was locked in after 9. Had to call to get out. And parking spots were hard to find.

Very clean property and very professional property manager.

The unit had rain damage, and the space to drive between aisles was way too small.

Shawna is very courteous and accommodating. I would definitely recommend Public Storage if space needed.

Wealthie was very helpful in choosing a place to store our belongings. She was friendly and answered all my questions and explained everything I needed to know.

My issues with public storage where resloved quickly in a professional manner. David was kind and curtious, he listened to my concerns and did everything possible to make it right. I believe he truly cares about this facility, mistakes happen but it means a lot when those involved step up and rectify the problem. Over all what started as a bad experience ended on good terms. Great customer service makes everything better.

Very pleased with the customer service. Danielle and Christine were incredibly friendly and helpful. Danielle took the time to drive me around and show me the available spots when I first showed up. Pricing is fair for the location in St. Pete. My only complaint is that some of the RVs/vehicles parked here look like they need to be in a landfill. I would have given 5 stars, otherwise.

The process was very easy, manager is Friendly and helpful. I wish I didn't have to buy a new lock every time I need storage because they change things.

The property manager was very help and courteous. I have a disablility and she used the cart to take me to the unit to see it and when we got back to the office she pulled a chair around so I could sit while we completed the paper work. You did a great job in hiring her.

Steve and Nora were very professional and provided us with everything we needed to know. We felt welcomed and were happy the place was clean and secured. Would recommend Public storage to anyone.

I just got a storage unit,n so far ive had great experience their.big units,cheap compared to others.really good late fees, I'm happy with them,others should go there first.
