The woman who checked me in was awful. She was curt, unfriendly and frankly rude. Your check in docs said if I filled out the online registration and paid that I could go directly to my unit. NOT TRUE! I had to fill out additional paperwork standing there at the counter. When I showed her the docs you sent me, she dismissed it with a wave of her hand. The code did not work. I had to try over and over and finally she gave me a temporary code. Then I had to climb a huge ladder to get to my box. I am 70 years old and would never be able to handle lifting my stuff and climbing the ladder. This should be disclosed beforehand. If your staff had been pleasant and accommodating all this would not be too much. As it was this was an extremely unpleasant experience. Where is my refund?

We were looking at numerous other storage facilities. The cost was a bit higher than the previous ones and the deciding factor was the great customer service we received.

When we came to put things in the storage there was only one ladder. Also the people who have the storage across the hall had their things up and down the walk way making our unit inaccessible. They were rude and angry. Overall making me question how easy it would be to come and go. This was about 5 pm Sunday.

Overall great, it seems like it has one of those carts to carry stuff for the entire facility, and when I got there it was locked at a side that my code didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t give access... So way more trips carrying boxes with my son. I donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t understand, all the other storages that I know have those available. I am glad it was not a lot of boxes that I had this time. And i donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t intend to be putting more stuff there, so it is going to be fine.

The storage unit is exactly what I thought, for cheap price, the staff is nice and helpful, and the place was not very busy. Only problem was that the check in process took at least 30 minutes which is a long time.

I put it off simply because its typically a hassle to pay for extra space. But I was glad I went. Office time was minimal and friendly and the unit was convenient and clean and cool. Cannot complain.
