Service: Liz made you feel at home. She provided several different unit size options with pricing. She will work with you to find the unit size that best meets your storage needs. Pricing: is comparable to other locations on O'ahu. Environmentally Controlled: The facility is totally enclosed and Air-conditioned thru-out. Cleanliness: The facility is clean and well maintained. The storage unit I rented was clean. The facility is free of insects, bugs and rodents. There is a restroom for storage unit renters to use. The storage facility is gated. You will create your own passcode to enter the storage facility and to use the elevator. Carts are provided for storage renters use. The Storage facility access window is 5am-12midnight. 19hrs. I recommend this storage business to everyone.

The customer service was on point! Price was even better once I got there because on the size I'm renting they had a special going for the first 3 months. Would definitely recommend this storage facility to friends and family.

I am so grateful to have found Hawaii Self Storage with a unit available for me just when I needed it! The office staff are very friendly and helpful, which made my first time experience with leasing a storage place a pleasant experience. Highly reccomend!

Nice facility with clean storage units, adequate lighting and climate control. Helpful staff. The parking at the location is crowded and unorganized with few spaces open.

When I checked out the Facility at the Aiea location on April 14th, apparently the 2 customer service agents were just finishing up with an irate and hard to deal with customer. My sister and I didn't know it at the time, after a little while, and after agreeing to purchase a unit, someone had apologized for the person's behavior, but you wouldn't have noticed it at all. I believe it was Jeremy (?) and Melveen who put aside the ordeal and made it a great experience for my sister and I. Melveen showed us a nice unit and we were very satisfied! Mahalo again Melveen!

I was delighted to see that the staff was very professional and courteous as I walked through the door, they smiled and greeted me right away. I was also very happy and content with the spacious unit that I reserved online and for the price of $44.00 per month not including some fees that was a steal of a deal. I am happy to say that I will continue to rent at this establishment.

When the truck driver came to pickup our items, he was friendly, but professional. As we filled the truck, and running low on energy, he helped with some of the bulky items. As we drove to the unit, he was mindful and waited for us to catch up to him to proceed. And when arriving at the unit, he also helped guide us to appropriate parking. Overall a nice way to complete a moving and storing experience. Thanks for the assistance. This free service was what swayed my choice in determining which storage unit use.
