I am a first time user of public storage. I appreciate this location's lowest price for the area. The building A has a working elevator, but there are only 2 flatbed rolling carts. I would strongly suggest you bring your own hand truck so you don't have to wait. The unit itself met my needs.

Long time customers who are in good standing should have a cap on their monthly unit rent, instead of jacking up the rent every 6 months. You don't build customer loyalty or satisfaction of your service when you just continue to raise the prices every 6 months. Give long time customers a break.

It was my first time using a storage room and I am glad I went to public storage. It was a pleasant experience. Carlos, the office clerk/management was very nice and knowledgeable. A very friendly and excellent customer service. He offered us a very nice offer within our budget which helps me and my brother a lot. The place was great and secured. I have nothing to complain for. We will be definitely coming back if we need a storage again. Thank you.

I have been renting for about 3 months now and I couldn't be happier with the service and the quality of the facility. Being on monument, I was a little wary of storing my things here. However, this place is a gem. It's fenced off and nobody can get in or out without a code for the gate or the doors. They also sell very strong padlocks for a full service of security. I've never really been comfortable with having my things, which I care deeply about, stored somewhere other than my home. But my fears are alleviated keeping them here. The property manager, Jessie and his staff are always courteous, no matter what. Working in retail myself, I can spot the real winner employees and these are it. Overall, 5 stars. 6 if they would let me.

Jesse was immensely helpful. He gave us great information, made sure we rented the right size unit and made sure we knew how everything worked. The unit was clean, had a light and was easy to get to on the second floor. Our return trips have been just as stress free and easy. Plus your prices for our unit size were the best in the area.
