Happy with out unit so far, the facility is nice and the staff was very helpful.

We got there late in the day, about 2 hours before they closed and we had several loads to bring in. The office employee stayed 40 minutes past the time they were supposed to close so that we could finish getting our stuff unloaded. And she was very nice about it. The facility is very clean, and easy to navigate, and she upgraded us to a slightly larger unit when we realized we would have a hard time fitting everything. Good experience overall

when I got to the storage facility there was one person working there. he was slow to be helpful and didn't provide useful information. when I got to the floor where my locker was located there was a site map without numbers - how is this in any way helpful? then when I got to my locker there were many steps including now having a key rather than a digital code or lock.

Very affordable and friendly staff (Ashley was very helpful)! I only give 4 stars because the location is a bit of distance from a train or subway, making the return trip home a slight trek (if you take a taxi there with your storage items but want to save on return trip). All in all, wonderful experience!
