Whether you need a small climate-controlled storage unit for temperature-sensitive items or a large traditional unit for storing furniture while youre moving into a new house, we have exactly what you are looking for. Well also be there to make sure the moving process goes smoothly. Use our dollies and carts to help streamline the move-in process, and pick up any moving or packing supplies you need at our onsite store. With your rental, we also offer the free use of our moving truck to make move-in day a breeze.

We wasted out time and money and sometimes we cant come during open hours. We were promised that as long as we spoke with the manager and showed our paperwork, we would not have an issue. So far. Nothing. No acess. No manager, no call , and we still cant use the facility. No refund im sure

We moved from South Carolina and this facility took care of us even when we were still on the East Coast. They were able to provide us all of the storage space we requested, and then additional storage once we realized that it wasn't all going to fit. The attendant was great, and very friendly.

My disappointment was that I had reserved a 5 x 10 unit and was given a 3'2" x 10' unit which was a handicapped unit with (2) doors; one roll-up and the other swung open. With the divider in the center, it made it difficult to load the furniture into the unit. I have asked management to re-quote me for the smaller unit. I have not received a response

Move in went smooth. The only thing I had a problem with is there were not enough push carts. They gave 2 to the family that got there at the same time as us. So we did not get one. But other than that everything was good.

I'm happy with the storage. The storage is recently built so the building and the storage are pretty clean. Also, office staffs were kind and supportive. I also liked the fact that they have a strict access hour. Their latest open time is around 5-6 pm so I feel it's safer than other public storages.

Hours are limited unless you have a business license then itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s 24/7/365. I have asked to stay after hours and was refused. Also called to ask for early access and late exit and was also denied. None-renters were given access to the facility and to harass me. I am considering. another facility. Also bill pay is very difficult to find to pay online. Many storage facilities have that programmed so they crelate revenue on late fees, not sure is that applies herey

This storage place has a friendly helpful staff, the location is perfect, has high tech security and is extremely clean. However i was upset not to get the %50 deal i was expecting because i started in the 2nd week of the month but the unit is still a good deal even at normal rate of $109

The man (Ralph) was very helpful and worked with me to get the best deal. Everything was explained until I understood it all. I can't stand public storage because they tell you zero move in cost for 1st month and then after they add everything up you are still paying regular price for the first month. But this place honors their discounts, so they are honest. The only complaint I have is I wish they stayed open to like 8 or 9 for us storage people. We can't always put things in storage because by the time we get off of work the place is closing. This leaves everything to be moved in only on the weekends. Its a new place so maybe after they get settled the time thing will be changed (I hope). But as far as everything else - A++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ And Ralph is perfect for his job too. Very nice man.

It's too bad this wasn't apartments cause it's got more amenities that a back house I just moved out of. I first rented a storage in La Habra, paid them $129. I realized I made a horrible mistake within the first week. This storage building in Fullerton is about 5 miles from where I live, but I'm willing to drive here Because it's state of the art for storage buildings. The property is completely secure, it is a tad annoying to need my code at the gate, the entrance, and the elevator but that's the worst thing I can say about this business. Every unit is alarmed, the ceiling must be 15 ft tall in my storage maybe taller. The a/c works great on the 3rd floor, they have dollies, a box truck to use when you move in, and I really like the locks they have even though I had to buy it. There were some hiccups when I first rented a unIt but I feel safe and secure on this property. I'm over at the building every 2 weeks and haven't seen anything horrible yet. I just wish they had a trash dumpster, I had to ask permission to throw away a bag of books. There's no trash bins available anywhere unless they open it for you. The managers have been friendly and I feel safe coming late by myself. At the storage I had in La Habra I couldn't get a minute by myself the employees seemed to Be overly friendly and would come hang out and talk to me as I unloaded my stuff. I wasn't sure if they were checking me out or checking out the stuff I had. That's the reason I moved out of La Habra storage to this storage in Fullerton. The prices here are crazy cheap but I expect that to go up when they fill up the units.

I rented a storage near my house and it was so bad I moved out 6 days after signing the contract. The deciding factor was this property was amazing, and the staff was so helpful and professional I rented one from them even though I had 30 days left at the other storage property. I would rather keep my belongings in a storage I can go and grab stuff I need with a/c instead of dig thru my outdoor storage that felt like 100 degrees inside on a 75 degree day. The best part is my 10x10 rent here is $40 less than I paid for a outdoor ( shipping container style) 10x10 unit with damaged walls inside, damaged roll up door and management that sucked.

I had reserved my space online. When I arrived at the facility to check in there were 2 people in front of me. I waited for nearly 30 min to get my storage space. He actually helped 2 people behind me, before he helped me. I think there should be more than one person working on a Saturday morning.

Brand New. Very Clean. Not Dusty. Internal Cooler is really cool. The only downsize: 1) Need more staff. Only person doing everything. If you need his help, you have to wait hours because he has to help other members, inquiries, payment, phone calls and tour. And if the employee goes for the tour, you have to wait outside the office (rain, hot or shine) till he completed his tour for possible new member. I felt bad for the employee his so beaten up with overload of works. 2) Cart. They only have very few cart in the premises. You have bring your own dolly.
