This is a remote site. So no one could help us at facility when we got there to move in. So it was a little frustrating to start our move in process.

We started moving stuff in our unit and when trying to close the door for the first time, the locking mechanism appeared to get caught on an exposed screw on the upper frame and vent the frame, and wouldn't allow us to close the door on the unit. We bent the frame enough to be able to close it but can't open it all the way because we are afraid it'll happen again. Hoping to talk to someone about this but the last couple times we have been there there no one there. Otherwise, we are satisfied with the unit and the facility.

I'm really happy I went with shield storage for my storage it's Very clean the units are perfect size. Customer service was awesome everything was done with me right over the phone took less than 10 minutes to do everything and they got me right into my unit that evening. I wouldn't go with no other and I would definitely recommend shield 2 everybody.

Just so you know, the "protection coverage" is bullshit. You have to have a receipt for everything in the unit to be covered. Still not paid after breakin 6 months ago and only getting 1/5 of what was stolen. Management no help.

The lady in the office is very knowledgeable. She was kind and friendly.. the unit itself was exceptionally clean and easy to access. Prices are fair. Would definitely recommend this storage facility
