I completed and signed the documents on-line, which made the check-in process so much easier. Great staff, very friendly and accommodating. I was taken to my cube and shown how to work the doors and the lock. My storage unit was immaculate, doesnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t look like it was ever used before. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m very pleased with the whole experience so far.

Great facility, great location, very clean, very friendly, fast sign up. The only reason for 4 stars not 5 is the lighting isn't good. They need brighter lights in the hallways so you can see inside your unit. Also a bit warm for climate controlled, 80 F. I think for the price it should be better lit and cooler! But the manager lives on site which is good and feels safe so I'll give it 4 stars.

The staff is friendly. The facility looks clean. Prices were right.
