My experience at Life storage state street has been very good. It is a well lit facility and I feel secure going to our storage space. Regardless of the time of day. The customer service is excellent.

The manager Jessica was amazing, so helpful, so efficient, and personable. My unit is perfect. No long contracts, cheap insurance. Not enough flatbed furniture dollies though, but the ones they do have are great in tight corners
