They were kind on the phone and in-person. Jermaine really took time to figure out my needs and make sure I understood everything. The pricing was great as well. I was offered 50% off for the first 3 months.

From being contacted minutes after submitting my request on the website to understanding an illness that cost me a few days culminating with public transportation causing my tardiness, all was accepted. The paperwork was fairly quick and I was able to move some items that day.

This storage facility is nice & clean, has 24 hour access, lets you use a app to access the gate so you donât have to get in and out of the car. Joya the manager was great with assisting me and getting the right size unit, she even stayed after 4 (closing hours on Saturday) to assist me. The freight elevator was out but I still had a smooth move in

This is a wonderful place for your storage. The customer service is excellent. They have indoor parking. The one draw back is itâs not climate controlled but itâs cool in fall and spring to remove items. Hi But the best attribute is they will prorate the monthly bill when moving out. Their competitor who I rented before did not offer. If you were a day late on the bill and moving out you had to pay for full month they also will waive one late fee once a year if you ask

I had the pleasure of dealing with Jermaine who greeted me at the door with a smile and offered up something hot or cold to drink. Jermaine provided exceptional customer service through and through!! This storage place was very clean from the front to the back and even smell great! I honestly cannot say enough wonderful things about this facility.

Very poor customer service from jermane. I don't think anyone should feel like they can't ask questions when entering any type of business transaction and he definitely tried that with me. Maybe I asked too many questions, maybe he had a bad day or night before. Either way, I don't think customers should be treated this way for asking questions. StorSafe, maybe this was a one-off kind of thing, but this individual's attitude is the reason for this negative review. Everything started ok, but his attitude changed after I asked to see equal units closer to elevator and other questions. One of them was "do you guys do pest control on a regular basis", and his answer was "do see any" in a rude tone? I didn't think that was appropriate, but I blew it off and we continued the tour. Toward the end, after I accepted the unit, I told him I had my own insurance to cover the unit and that I had my policy with me as proof. He said this was not accepted and the only option was to call my insurance (Progressive) and have them add StorSafe on my policy, for coverage. I called Progressive right there and they said they don't add a company on the policy and I should show Storsafe proof of coverage with my policy. I told jermane this and he said "everyone else can do it, why can't your insurance company do it"? By this time I am a little pissed at this guys attitude and I ask if there was another option, he just repeated his last statement. I asked to speak to a manager, he said he was the manager. I asked to speak to his boss, he said he was the boss. He then said he wouldn't rent to me and asked me to leave. Bad representation for what seems to be a decent company, new to the area.
